About the role
You're the strategic face for a select group of brands that want to scale seriously. You oversee the full board - growth, margin, channels, opportunities - and make sure the right things happen in the right order. You work directly with founders, marketers and our specialists. Short lines, no layers.
You think like a co-owner of the brand - not like a supplier.
What you do
- Ownership over the growth of your brands - not just budget retention.
- Steer on margin, POAS and LTV. Not on spend or tasks.
- Look beyond your own channel: where is the client leaving returns on the table?
- Translate client goals into a sharp roadmap with priorities.
- Work with our SEA, SEO, content and email specialists.
- Spot commercial opportunities with existing clients and develop them.
What we look for
- 3+ years in a commercial or client-facing role in digital, marketing or growth.
- You think in results - not in tasks or hours.
- You read a P&L, understand margin and ask founders sharp questions.
- You're self-directed and don't wait for briefings.
- You like to build, not to maintain.
