    About the role

    You're responsible for the marketplace performance of multiple e-commerce brands - not as an executor, but as an owner. You define the strategy per platform, spot where margin leaks and act on it directly. Short lines, no layers, lots of room to build.

    We only work with brands that want to grow. So do you.

    What you do

    • Manage and optimize listings: titles, content, imagery and pricing.
    • Analyze sales performance and translate data straight into action - no reports gathering dust.
    • Monitor conversion and ranking and steer where it counts.
    • Set up and optimize campaigns on margin - not on clean numbers.
    • Spar with clients and specialists about the broader growth strategy per channel.

    What we look for

    • Commercial instinct. You see opportunities where others see data.
    • Strong analytical skills - you act on numbers, not on gut feeling.
    • Affinity with marketplaces like Bol and Amazon.
    • Decisive - you don't need hand-holding to get going.
