About the role
You work on Google Ads campaigns for both our own brands and clients - Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display. No textbooks, straight into practice. We teach you how to read campaigns, calibrate bids and build keyword structures that scale. Short lines, no layers, lots of room to learn by doing.
We only work with brands that want to grow. So do you.
What you do
- Monitor and optimize Google Ads campaigns: Search, Shopping, PMax and Display.
- Conduct keyword research and contribute ad copy ideas that convert.
- Analyze campaign results and spot optimization opportunities - daily, not monthly.
- Create reports that give direct insight into progress and effectiveness.
- Contribute optimization strategies and test innovative ways to improve results.
What we look for
- Curiosity and analytical ability to discover patterns in data.
- Interest in online marketing, advertising and working with numbers.
- Precision in execution with an eye for detail.
- Proactive attitude and motivation to build deep SEA knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Excel is a plus - not a must.
