About the role
You work on paid social campaigns for both our own brands and clients - Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. Not loose execution, but part of the strategy. We teach you to read creatives, audiences and budgets as one system. Short lines, no layers, lots of room to learn by doing.
We only work with brands that want to grow. So do you.
What you do
- Set up, manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Think along on audiences and creatives that actually stop the scroll.
- Analyze campaign performance and spot opportunities - daily, not monthly.
- Help with analyses and reporting that lead straight to decisions.
- Test, experiment and contribute to the broader paid social strategy.
What we look for
- A broad interest in social media, online marketing, advertising and consumer behavior.
- Creative and analytical - and precise in execution.
- Able to switch quickly between different campaigns, brands and audiences.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads or Excel is a plus - not a must.
- Proactive and energetic. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
