About the role
You are responsible for email marketing across the board: from campaigns and newsletters to flows, segmentations and optimisations. You work directly with clients, turn plans into execution yourself and keep a sharp eye on where the opportunities are.
You already know how email marketing works. Now you want more challenge and more ownership.
What will you do?
- Come up with, build and send newsletters and campaigns.
- Set up and safeguard campaign planning.
- Build and optimise flows and automations.
- Develop and improve segmentations.
- Set up A/B tests and analyse results.
- Spot opportunities based on data and advise clients on next steps.
- Think along about content, commercial moments and strategy.
- Work together with designers and other marketing specialists.
Your own clients
- You don't work on one small part of an account - you get your own clients that you are responsible for.
- You get to know their brand, audience and commercial calendar and decide together where the opportunities are.
- One day you build a new automation, the next a campaign plan, analysis or newsletter.
- Clients differ, so you continuously rethink audience, tone of voice and strategy.
What we expect from you
- Around 2+ years of relevant experience in email marketing, CRM or marketing automation.
- Experience setting up campaigns and flows.
- You can manage clients or projects independently.
- You think along commercially and creatively.
- You analyse results and translate them into improvements.
- You work accurately and structured and proactively spot opportunities.
- You switch easily between different clients and projects.
- Experience with Klaviyo and e-commerce is a strong plus.
