As a trainee you go under the hood of email and CRM: flows, campaigns, segmentation and retention. From day one you get your own work, coached by specialists who grew email to towards 35% of revenue at our own brands.
About the role
You start with campaigns and smaller flows and grow into a full Email Marketing Specialist within 6-12 months. You learn how we segment, test and steer on revenue per recipient. No simulations - from week one you work in real accounts.
You're not an intern. You're our future specialist.
What you do
- Work in Klaviyo accounts across multiple brands: build, plan and send campaigns.
- Learn to build and optimise flows: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back.
- Build segments and run A/B tests on subject lines, offer and timing.
- Analyse results and translate them into concrete improvements.
- Grow into your own brands with your own responsibility.
What we look for
- Bachelor's/Master's level, or demonstrable hands-on email marketing experience.
- Analytical and structured - you like numbers and language.
- You write fluent Dutch and English.
- Affinity with e-commerce, brands and retention.
- You want to be genuinely good within a year - no 9-to-5 mindset.
