Want to develop within email marketing and e-commerce, but don't yet have the experience to manage clients on your own? Then this traineeship is your chance to learn the craft up close.
About the role
From the start you work on real client cases, learn to work with campaigns, newsletters, flows and data, and get more responsibility as you grow. We don't expect you to know everything - we do expect you to want to learn, take initiative and really dig in.
We don't want you watching along for months. We want you doing things yourself as soon as possible.
What will you learn?
- Build and send newsletters and campaigns.
- Write subject lines and email copy.
- Work with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
- Build email flows and automations and create segmentations.
- Test and analyse campaigns and learn to interpret data.
- Think along about commercial campaigns and process client feedback.
- Plan and prepare campaigns.
Learning by doing
- No theory or practice cases: you work on real e-commerce brands.
- You see immediately what happens with your work and learn why a campaign does or doesn't perform.
- You get coaching, but you ask questions, figure things out and take initiative yourself.

- You're proactive and don't wait for instructions on everything.
- You're eager to learn and want to understand why something works.
- You pick up new tools quickly and work accurately.
- You find writing and communication interesting and have a feel for commerce and online marketing.

- You take responsibility for your own development.
- A degree in marketing, communication or business is a good fit, but motivation and pace matter just as much.
What does your growth look like?
- Assisting: you get to know the tools, systems and way of working.
- Executing independently: you create campaigns, build flows and analyse results.
- Own responsibility: you manage more and more parts of client accounts.
- Independent email marketer: you get your own clients and advise them yourself. How fast that goes mainly depends on you.
