About the role
You're responsible for the performance of multiple e-commerce brands - not as an executor, but as an owner. You define the structure, spot what can improve and act on it directly. You work in a team of 3 SEA specialists within ~25 colleagues. Short lines, no layers, lots of room to build.
We only work with brands that want to grow. So do you.
What you do
- Your own portfolio: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, feed-based via Channable.
- Set up and scale on POAS and margin - not on spend or vanity ROAS.
- Translate data straight into action. No reports without follow-up.
- Look beyond your channel: where is the brand still leaving margin behind?
- Think along with clients and specialists about the broader growth strategy.
What we look for
- 1-3 years of experience in SEA or performance marketing.
- You understand how to make campaigns profitable - not just busy.
- Comfortable with GA4, GTM and Looker Studio. Channable is a plus.
- You think commercially and act independently - no briefings needed.
- You think in results, not in tasks.
