About the role
You're responsible for social advertising for multiple e-commerce brands - not as an executor, but as an owner. You define the funnel, the creatives you test, and steer directly on results. Short lines, no layers, lots of room to build.
We only work with brands that want to grow. So do you.
What you do
- Your own portfolio: campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Pinterest - from setup to scale.
- Scale on margin and ROAS that counts - not on vanity metrics or reach.
- Work with content/creatives to decide which hooks and concepts to test.
- Translate data straight into action. No reports without follow-up.
- Spar with clients and specialists about the broader growth strategy.
What we look for
- 1-3 years of experience with social advertising (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- You understand how to make campaigns profitable - not just busy.
- A sharp eye for creatives: you instantly see what works and what doesn't.
- Comfortable with GA4, attribution and pixel/CAPI setups.
- You think commercially and act independently - no briefings needed.
- You think in results, not in tasks.
